HK Electric procures in an open and ethical manner in pursuit of the best value for our customers while they enjoy a safe and reliable electricity supply. On commercial dealings with our suppliers / contractors, we strictly follow laid down procedures which focus on assessment of price, quality, support network, reliability, competitive commercial and technical attributes.
HK Electric maintains a Recognized Tenderers Register (RTR) of companies who are eligible to be invited to tender for our contracts. The RTR is reviewed from time to time and interested companies may submit their applications for inclusion as a recognized tenderer.
All applicants will be evaluated in respect of their technical capabilities, financial stability and commercial merits such as company structure, relevant job reference, quality assurance and environmental, health and safety management.
HK Electric expects its suppliers / contractors to follow the Code of Practice for Suppliers.
