Block Rate Tariff
For connection to supply, consumption exceeding 30 units in a month will be charged in accordance with the following Block Rate Tariff Table:

For the first bill or final bill of an account, if the period covered is less than a month, the following charges will be made:
- If the period of supply exceeds 15 days, the above Tariff Table will apply.
- If the period of supply is 15 days or less, the units will be charged in blocks at half the size of the blocks in the above Tariff Table.
For connection to supply in a month with no consumption or any consumption up to 30 units, the Minimum Charge will be $36.18.
"Month" means a period of approximately one month between one normal meter-reading and the next.
"Unit" means kilowatt hour.
"FCA" means Fuel Clause Adjustment.
Fuel Clause Adjustment (FCA)
A corresponding fuel clause adjustment will be made when the composite fuel price is above or below $700 per 44 gigajoules.
Rate Reduction Reserve (RRR) Rebate
A Rate Reduction Reserve Rebate of 0.1 cents per unit will be provided to the customer starting from 1st January 2010 to refund the interest on the Tariff Stabilisation Fund. The Rebate may cease any time when the Rate Reduction Reserve is depleted.
