Application Procedure
Please submit the completed application form together with a copy of the electricity bill and other required documents stated in the application form directly to the assessment centre in the local district or via other social service organizations. Assessment centres will only accept applications from residents living in the local district so as to avoid double applications.
Applications will first be vetted by the assessment centre. Once verified and assessed, the applications will then be forwarded to Hongkong Electric for final processing and approval. Successful applicants will be notified by mail.
After joining the scheme, please inform our Company at 2887 3411 or the assessment centre if there is any change of the information. Our Company will conduct periodical checking on the concessionary accounts to make sure the customers are still eligible for the scheme. Our Company reserves the right to terminate the concessionary tariff according to the latest customer information.
For further enquiries, please call 2887 3411 during office hours.
