The following concessionary tariff schemes are jointly organized by the Hongkong Electric Co., Ltd. and the Hong Kong Council of Social Service. The successful applicants are entitled to receive 60% discount for the first 200 units of electricity consumed in a month plus the exemption of the payment of deposit and Minimum Charge.
