Established in 1976, Home Management Centre (HMC) is specially designed to promote modern living. You will be excited to see the wide-ranging and interesting programmes available at the Centre. These programmes are tailor-made to make your home life more comfortable, stylish and enjoyable.
Located in North Point, the HMC features a modern setting with a total area of 10,000 square feet. Our stylish practical classroom allows you to perfect your culinary skills. Together with two well-equipped cooking theatres and three lecture rooms for special interest classes, HMC teaches you new skills to enhance your quality of life.
For those who enjoy cooking, you could choose to join our courses on Northern and Southern Chinese dishes, European and South East Asian cuisines, for example Cantonese dim sum, Japanese sushi, Italian pasta to English cookies.
For those who wish to improve their home environment, HMC provides special interest courses on sewing, flower arrangement, knitting and pando arts.
If you love entertaining at home, we have courses on cocktail mixing, the art of Chinese tea and napkin folding for table decoration, which will definitely make your parties more memorable. There are also courses on home decoration and gift wrapping for festivals and special occasions.
