Associated Technical Services Limited
Associated Technical Services Limited (ATS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Hongkong Electric Holdings Limited, was established in 1975 as an engineering consultant firm serving the electricity supply industry. It was one of the first utility companies in Hong Kong to provide energy-related consultancy and engineering services.
Over the years, ATS has developed into a versatile multi-discipline engineering firm. With its pool of experienced experts in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering and architecture, together with strong backup from other group companies, ATS has been offering professional and quality consultancy and engineering services to power and energy related utilities, infrastructure owners/developers, contractors, equipment suppliers, as well as property developers/owners/management agents.
In 2007, ATS obtained the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Certification and this certificate had been successfully upgraded to ISO 9001 (2008 version) in January 2009. Looking ahead, the Company will continue to seek further improvement in offering quality services to its customers.
